This was one of my first and FAVORITE dance-workout videos ever, and I bet I could pop it in right now and STILL have a great time AND a great workout! I think this video also had to be one of the first to really create something "dancey" that was equally fun and appealing for both men and women in the home-workout video genre. We got to see a little bit of her true personality, and she's so CUTE in this! This is truly fun way to get blasted by the nineties (notice copyright 1994), learn some fun dance moves, and get your sweat on in your own living room. I just wish she had made more. DO THIS!!
  • They have this on iTunes but not the "rush rush" music video????

I was looking for a fun instructional dance video that would get my heart rate up, and Paula Abdul's video definitely fits the profile. Many online reviews warned that her moves are hard to get on the first try, and they were right- you won't get it on the first time, but each time I do the video I master one or two more of the moves, and no matter what, I'm always sweaty and tired at the end. My only criticisms are that the music isn't a bit more fun (I think a hip hop track or two would be great) and the moves are definitely from the 90's (slightly dated)- but other than that I definitely recommend it.

First of all Paula is no freak, she is on of the best dancers of all time. All we had Madona, Michael Jackson and Paula Abdul to teach us how to dance in the late 80's and early 90's. Now you have Usher and all these other artists that learned every thing they know from these three Iconic dancers. Paula is like 50 and she still looks like she is in her late 20's because she was a deticated dancer.
